Millie’s Beach Huts currently have two Beach Huts for Sale. You’ll find details of both Beach Huts below, though if you aren’t quite ready to make that investment why not hire one of our other Beach Huts as a test drive.

Scroll down for individual beach hut details and do get in contact if you have any questions, we’ll be happy to answer them and arrange a viewing (Update - both beach huts are currently under offer and subject to funds clearing).

HARLEY, NO. 89 (new private development),

BEACH HUT FOR SALE - UNDER OFFER

Just one-year-old, a dazzling yellow beach hut situated on the fourth row of the new private development. A few steps down to the promenade and beach, this makes it easy to keep an eye on the children whey they are playing on the beach or in the sea. A beautiful Beach Hut with a high roof and traditional portholes. Oh did I mention we were shortlisted in the 2015 Beach Hut of the Year??

Whilst a little further back, we have the benefit of a large decking area in front of the hut - the largest available on the site. Perfect for that BBQ or just sunbathing!

Water taps are available on every row whilst option for private parking means a hassle free trip to the beach.

Note licence conditions from 1st January 2016 prohibit owners from hiring out their huts thus a very sad and reluctant sale.

PRICE £16,000 ONO (2016 licence fee included renewable on the 1st January)

Excludes contents as we appreciate our furniture style is particular to our own brand and the shopping is the fun part for you! Daybeds and storage to remain.

Daybeds and storage to remain - may negotiate contents for purchase.

Annual Licence Fee - £587.50; Optional Private Car Parking Fee - £150

MILLIE, NO. 90 (new private development),

BEACH HUT FOR SALE - UNDER OFFER

Situated next to Harley (above), and again just one-year-old, a beachy blue beach hut situated on the fourth row of the new private development.

Where are your Beach Huts for Sale located?

Both our beach huts to hire and to buy are located in Walton-on-the-Naze in Essex. A peaceful and quintessentially traditional British seaside resort, Walton is great for a family day out with a beautiful Blue Flag Award beach. Walton is one of my own favourite fine sandy beaches, perfect consistency for building sandcastles, and wonderfully soft thanks to the sea which reaches the sea walls during high tide.

With great stretches of sand in both directions from the second longest pier in Great Britain, Walton is a great family beach. The gently shelving sand provides safe bathing and there is a seasonal lifeguard service.

For those dog lovers among us (our beach huts are dog-friendly), the beach is dog-friendly all year round. There are restrictions (on lead) between from the pier up to the Naze, however from the Pier up towards Frinton provides a few miles of beach where you and your four-legged friends can play off lead.

As a small seaside town, you are never far from beach hut cafe’s along with the entertainment available on the pier (bowling and amusements), however if you’ve forgotten anything you can find a great RNLI shop just a stone’s throw away and can easily pop into Walton for shops, good pubs and food - including two great fish and chip shops!

Whilst you may decide to spend your day between our beach huts and the beach, you can also take a trip further north to “the Naze” itself. A wonderful unspoilt headland that is designated Site of Special Scientific Interest, the Naze consists of grassland, scrub and cliffs containing a range of fossils. You can join an organised walk or go Shark Teeth hunting!

Walton-on-the-Naze’s beach is also nice and easy to get to. There is plenty of parking nearby and the town’s train station is practically on the beach, just 90 minutes from London Liverpool Street. You can always extend your trip and book a nearby B&B.
